OUR DESIGN & BUILD PROCESS
- Consultation: Upon first contact, we will assign you a project consultant who will call you within 24 hours to discuss your remodeling needs and determine whether we can meet those needs. Then an in-home consult will take place where we will get more detailed information, take pictures, determine budgetary needs, and present style ideas. We want to get to know you during this phase so we can better connect you with the remodeling concept you want to bring to life.
- Design: Our design process is where your vision starts to come to life! This is when we determine the scope of work and provide concept drawings for our design department so construction documents can be generated. Our design process can take anywhere from a few hours to thirty days depending on how complex your project is and what area your home is located in. Design documents will be used to apply for permits.
- Pre-Build and Permitting: Once the permits come through, the project consultant will conduct a pre-build meeting with you to prepare for the construction process. A start date and regular project meeting date will be determined in the meeting to keep everyone on track while construction is going on.
- Build: Construction then commences on your remodeling project. During construction, you will meet regularly with the project consultant to discuss the progress and make sure everyone’s happy with how the plan is taking shape.
- Project Close Out: We conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure your satisfaction and create a punch list for any details or work that needs to be done. After completing any punch list items, we review the final invoice with you and final payment is expected. Now it’s time for you and your family to enjoy your new remodel.
